The Smith County Drug Coalition is a community action group. The work has just begun as we partner together to reduce substance abuse in Smith County. Substance abuse negatively affects unemployment rates; healthcare costs; crime rates; and causes a rise in the need for social services. It is the number one cause of child abuse. Contact us to become a member of the coalition and help reduce substance abuse in Smith County. As the number of coalition members increases, substance abuse decreases.
